Colonic Hydrotherapy:

Purify from Within provides colonic hydrotherapy, which detoxifies the body and purifies the large intestine. Some of the other benefits are:

1. Compression of neighboring organs disappears or attenuates when volume reduces in the colon. Relaxing effect on organs above intestines such as the liver, heart, and lungs. Sensation of lightness may be experienced.
2. Reduces pressure in the intra-abdominal area which improves venous return from lower extremities and pelvic zone. I have been doing massage therapy for over 35 years. I provide each individual with the best practices and care available to them. My treatments last 1 1/2 hrs or longer depending on what the individual needs. 

I provide:

Deep tissue massage: is a deeper pressure, firm but relaxing massage that help those very tight muscles with a very clear intention to melt away the deep tension from the body, mind and the soul 

Kryia massage: is a flowing energy movement that creates a safe feeling where the individual has a feeling of well-being and connection to their soul. A feeling of peace.

Stone massage: is where warm stones are used to warm and soothes tried muscles so the body can heal deeper with ease and grace. With a feeling of connecting to the stones and mother earth.

Esalen massage: Originating from the Esalen Tribe of Native Americans  is known for its healing and nurturing touch; it combines long strokes, gentle rocking and stretching, sculpting of deep musculature and the precision of acupressure.

New to the service offering is the ability to engage in a private one-on-one retreat that will include the following:
